Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any service operated by Green Line (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Green Line provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of businesses, qualifies leads, books appointments on the business calendar, and sends SMS confirmations to callers — all in real time without human intervention.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Abuse or deliberately circumvent the AI system, including attempting to extract proprietary prompts or manipulate the AI into producing prohibited content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when setting up an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we determine to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

3. Call Recording Consent

Phone numbers powered by Green Line are answered by an automated AI system. By calling such a number, the caller acknowledges and consents to the call being recorded and transcribed. Business owners who use Green Line are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording disclosure laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to two-party or all-party consent requirements.

4. SMS Consent

By providing a phone number during a call handled by Green Line, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Green Line on behalf of the business you contacted. These messages may include appointment confirmations, payment deposit links, and service preparation instructions.

  • Message frequency: 1–3 messages per appointment.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. No further messages will be sent after opt-out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Mobile phone numbers are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Payments and Deposits

When the AI voice system collects a deposit for an appointment, the following terms apply:

  • Deposit amounts are set by the business owner and communicated to the caller during the call.
  • All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed, unless the business owner explicitly agrees to a refund.
  • Green Line is not a party to the service contract between the business and the caller and is not responsible for service delivery or refund disputes.

6. AI Limitations

Our AI voice system may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment. We strongly recommend that business owners review call summaries and booked appointments before acting on them. Green Line makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

7. Account Registration and Termination

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@green-line.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for an extended period, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising our services are owned by or licensed to Green Line. You retain ownership of the business data you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Line and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services, including lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Line and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification. Continued use of the services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
